Se recorrió el plan página por página y se anotó cada exigencia operativa: quién hace qué, con qué plazo, qué campo se llena, qué firma se pide, qué decisión se toma. Cada exigencia se contrastó con la función concreta de Qntrl que la atiende. Cuando Qntrl no la tiene, se dice cuál aplicación Zoho sí; cuando ninguna la tiene, se dice que no es un problema de software.The plan was walked page by page and every operational demand was noted: who does what, by when, which field is filled, which signature is asked for, which decision is taken. Each demand was checked against the specific Qntrl feature that handles it. Where Qntrl lacks it, the Zoho application that has it is named; where none has it, it is stated that it is not a software problem.

Ningún requisito del plan queda sin respuesta dentro de Zoho, y ninguno exige código fuera de las funciones Deluge de Qntrl. AplicacionesApplications
Cada aplicación se juzga con la misma pregunta: ¿el plan exige algo que sólo ella hace? Qntrl, Zoho People y Zoho Sign responden que sí. Las otras seis responden que no, y se explica con qué función de las tres primeras se cubre lo que harían.Each application is judged with the same question: does the plan require something only it does? El usuario del POS lo crea Sistemas a mano según el propio plan; no hay API que integrar.
